2. Data Processing When Visiting the Website

When you access our website, information is automatically sent by the browser used on your device to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without any action on your part and stored until it is automatically deleted:

4.1 Google Analytics
For the purpose of designing our pages in line with needs and continuously optimizing them, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Please note that it cannot be ruled out that the information determined is transmitted to servers of Google LLC in the USA.

It is not possible to draw conclusions about you as a person from the recorded user behavior. Accordingly, personal data is not stored.

4.2 Microsoft Clarity
We also use Microsoft Clarity, a web analytics service of Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited.

In this context, pseudonymized user profiles are created and cookies as well as comparable technologies are used. In addition, so-called session replays and heatmaps are used to better understand user behavior on our website.

The data collected may be transferred to servers of Microsoft, including in the USA, and processed there. Microsoft is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

5. Participation in the Promotion (Prize Draw, Bootle System and Shipping of Rewards)

In connection with the promotion we offer (prize draw and collection mechanism), your personal data is generally processed on the basis of Art. 6(1) lit. b GDPR for the implementation and handling of the promotion, provided you register to participate.

Participation in the promotion is not possible without providing the required data.

In particular, the following data is processed for participation:

  • Email address
  • Access data (login)
  • Entered codes and the associated bottle balances
  • Usage data within the scope of the promotion

If you win as part of the promotion or exchange bottle for rewards, we additionally process:

This data is processed for the purpose of conducting and handling the promotion, in particular for:

  • Setting up and managing your user account
  • Assigning and managing codes and bottles
  • Conducting prize draws

  • Elbewerkstätten GmbH (shipping handling)
  • Druckstoff GmbH (shipping handling)

After revocation of your consent, your data will be deleted immediately, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.

7. Storage Period

We store your data only for as long as is necessary for conducting the promotion and for statutory retention obligations.
